This project consisted of an 80,000m2 commercial development. Ryan Civil Contracting were engaged to complete the entire bulk earthworks, drainage and pavement preparation for this project.
Project Summary
- 8,500m3 topsoil to tip
- 20,000m3 cut to fill
- 15,000m3 cut and haulage offsite to tip
- 1.6km of stormwater drainage varying from 1,200 – 225mm pipe size and depths up to 4.5m
- 62 stormwater pits
- 72,000m2 subbase preparation for concrete slabs
- 70% of works completed within 6 weeks of project mobilisation
