Ryan Civil Contracting initially were awarded the contract for the civil works for Stage 1 on St Benedict’s College. Following the successful completion of Stage 1, Ryan Civil Contracting were then engaged to carry out Stage 2 civil works. The works consisted of the bulk earthworks to create platforms for 10,000m2 of building pads, stormwater drainage works including twin barrel 1,500 pipework, 4,000mm2 of AC carparks (including subbase prep, kerbing and linemarking) and 1,100m2 HDPE lined bio-retention basin.
