Following on from the successful completion of DB Schenker, Ryan Civil Contracting were awarded the pavement preparation and carpark works for the Northline Logistics Facility in the Redbank Motorway Estate. The project consisted of 3 separate AC pavement areas.

- 13,000m2 of subbase preparation for concrete slabs
- 4500m2 of AC Pavements including base installation
- 900m of kerbing and subsoil drainage
