This 13,000m2 site was the location for the re-development of the new primary school at McKenzie. Ryan Civil Contracting completed the entire civil package consisting of bulk earthworks including remove, condition and replace unsuitable site material as well as cut to fill. 800m of stormwater drainage was completed as well as 300m of 150mm diameter watermain. 4,500m2 of AC carparks including base course preparation, kerbing, AC placement, linemarking and wheel stops were carried out to the complete satisfaction of all stakeholders.
