Project Description: This project consisted of an 80,000m2 commercial development. Ryan Civil Contracting were engaged to complete the entire bulk earthworks, drainage and pavement preparation for this project. 

Project Summary: 

• 8,500m3 topsoil to tip 
• 20,000M3 cut to fill 
• 15,000M3 cut and haulage offsite to tip 
• 1.6km of stormwater drainage varying from 1,200 – 225mm pipe size and depths up to 4.5m 
• 62 stormwater pits 
• 72,000m2 subbase preparation for concrete slabs 
• 70% of works completed within 6 weeks of project mobilisation
